By confirming the Online booking process, you authorize Las Cascadas the Falls to charge the full amount of the reservation to your credit card registered. If there is any problem with the credit card transaction throughout the booking process, you must register a new card in order to obtain a confirmation.
To guarantee immediately your reservation, deposit is required. The Hotel reserves the right to validate only reservations covered by a deposit and reservations not guaranteed would be cancelled without notice. Please READ carefully the following terms: No-Show is Non-Refundable regardless of the season. No refunds will be issued for unused room nights due to early departures, regardless of the season.
FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE:
Las Cascadas The Falls is exempted for the liability for failure to execute arrangements specified herein directly or indirectly caused by or in consequence of any conditions beyond human control. Las Cascadas The Falls, assumes no responsibility for injury, loss or damage to person or property in connection with any service resulting directly from out of our control, detention annoyance, strikes, riots, civil disturbances, quarantines, weather conditions, traffic delays, flights delays, government restrictions or regulations. Responsibility cannot be accepted for any loss, damage, or additional expenses due to any or all of the above. All such loss or expense must be borne by the customer. However, option to re-book is subject to availability of rooms covered by the dates of visit.
Rates are quoted for single or double occupancy per room, per night. Published rates are subject to 13% tax or applicable taxes at the time if such should change. An extra charge of $25 USD plus taxes (13%) will be applied for each additional guest. An additional guest is defined as a person in addition to the allotted double occupancy per unit; children under 8 years old are free of charge when sharing with parents (maximum two children per room).
Check-out time is 11:00 p.m. and Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. However, Las Cascadas The Falls will make best efforts to accommodate guests prior to the official check-in or after the official check-out time when requested, and subject to availability and only when is possible (room is already clean and available), the hotel will allow the client to enter in the room before the Check-in time. Likewise, clients must be told that there is a $25 USD fee for late Check-out passed 11:00 noon.
Upgrade to a higher room category will depend on availability of rooms at the guest’s arrival time. Las Cascadas The Falls reserves the right to disqualify any person as guest due to immoral behavior. Refunds will not apply under these circumstances. Please note that prostitution and the exploitation of underage persons is NOT permitted in Costa Rica or within the hotel grounds. Guests who do not respect this policy will kindly be asked to leave the hotel with no refund due.
